- canned garbanzo beans
- canned kidney beans
- canned yellow wax beans
- purple onion chopped
- celery chopped
- apple cider vinegar
- white sugar
- vegetable oil

Easy Potluck Four Bean Salad is a wonderful addition to any BBQ, picnic or potluck because it is tasty, easy to make, and transports well.
This is a traditional recipe with a new twist. Tender beans and zingy vinaigrette with a little chopped celery for an unexpected but delicious crunch.
Drain all beans and rinse. Add to a large bowl.
Chop onion and celery and add to bowl.
In a small bowl or measuring cup combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Whisk together until sugar completely has dissolved.
Pour mixture over the beans, onion and celery in the bowl and stir until completely coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring before serving. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 can green beans drained (15 oz)
- 1 can garbanzo beans drained (15 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans drained (15 oz)
- 1 can yellow wax beans drained (15 oz)
- 1/2 cup purple onion chopped
- 1/2 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
