Method
- Drain all beans and rinse. Add to a large bowl.
- Chop onion and celery and add to bowl.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Whisk together until sugar completely has dissolved.
- Pour mixture over the beans, onion and celery in the bowl and stir until completely coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stirring before serving. Enjoy!
