Sweet BBQ Pork Chili is a great way to transform leftover pulled pork or rotisserie chicken.
This thick and hearty sweet chili is ridiculously easy to make, just stir everything together in the slow and then walk away. An awesome and satisfying easy weeknight meal packed with BBQ flavor!
Any leftover pulled pork, shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken can be used to make Sweet BBQ Pork Chili. Use about a pound, or three-ish cups to keep everything in proportion!
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a slow cooker and stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve, garnished with shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, green onions, and sour cream if desired. Enjoy!

- 1 can crushed tomatoes 15 oz
- 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
- 1 can diced green chilis 4 oz
- 1 can kidney beans, drained 15 oz
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- shredded cheese, sliced jalapenos, green onions, sour cream for serving, if desired
