Ingredients for Turkey Noodle Casserole.

What you’ll need to make Turkey Noodle Casserole

  • Leftover Cooked Turkey – 3 cups of leftover turkey, white or dark meat, cut into bite sized pieces.

  • Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup – 1 can, 10.5 ounces, any brand.

  • Miracle Whip Salad Dressing – Regular or light, this adds a tangy zip to the casserole but an equal amount of regular or light mayonnaise can be used instead.

  • Milk – We use whole milk but skim milk or 2% milk may be substituted.

  • Celery – Chopped, fresh celery, adds flavor and gives the casserole a crisp textural element.

  • Onion – We use a medium yellow onion, chopped, about a cup. Any variety of onion may be used.

  • Cheese – Any variety of shredded cheddar cheese may be used. We prefer Sharp Cheddar or Cheddar Jack.

  • Egg Noodles – Uncooked. Egg noodles absorb the sauce while they cook and don’t get mushy.

  • Old Bay Seasoning – A delicious (and optional) blend of spices, sprinkled over the top just before baking. Paprika may be used instead.
