How to make Pantry Pork Chop Marinade
Pantry Pork Chop Marinade is an easy and delicious way to add extra flavor into pork chops, no matter how you cook them.
Our favorite way to enjoy these is to grill them but you can bake them or fry them with equally tasty results!
In a small bowl or a measuring cup whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, salt & pepper until well blended.
Place pork chops into a large resealable bag and pour marinade over. Press as much of the air out as possible and seal the bag. Turn to distribute the marinade.
Allow to marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning the bag often.
Note: Because of the soy sauce component of this marinade, it is not recommended to marinate for more than two hours. The meat can become very salty if left in the marinade for longer than that!
After marinating, remove the pork chops from the bag and discard marinade. Grill, bake or fry pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145 – 160 degrees F. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
