Method
- Whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, rosemary, salt & pepper until well blended.
- Place pork chops into a large resealable bag and pour marinade over. Press as much of the air out as possible and seal the bag. Turn to distribute the marinade. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes to 2 hours, turning the bag often.
- After marinating, remove the pork chops from the bag and discard marinade. Grill pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145 - 160 degrees F. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
