I am always on the lookout for interesting snack foods and this is a great one! Crispy baked pepperoni chips are weirdly addicting! They are crispy and salty and totally unexpected. It takes just minutes to make them and there is literally only ONE ingredient. Nothing to lose with trying this recipe – you might just find a new favorite!
How to Make Crispy Baked Pepperoni Chips

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 6 to 8 minutes until browned and crispy.

Remove the pan from the oven and allow the pepperoni to cool slightly.

Blot off any excess grease by pressing paper towels against the pepperoni chips.

Serve as a snack anytime. These will keep for several days at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container. Enjoy!
