How to Make Crispy Baked Pepperoni Chips

These are super easy to make with only ONE ingredient! Delicious and strangely addicting, these are zero carb and gluten free too!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until browned and crispy. Start checking them at 5 minutes so that they don’t burn.

Remove the pan from the oven and allow the pepperoni to cool slightly.

Blot the pepperoni with paper towels to remove excess grease.

Serve as a snack anytime. These will keep for several days at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container. Enjoy!

  • 6 oz pepperoni slices

    The first time I made these they disappeared quickly. my 2 year old granddaughter was the biggest fan. I just made another batch for Christmas since they were such a hit the first time. They are that good!
