- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until browned and crispy. Start checking the chips at 5 minutes to be sure they don't burn.
- Remove the pan from the oven and blot the pepperoni with paper towels to remove excess grease.
- Serve as a snack anytime. These will keep for several days at room temperature. Store them in an airtight container. Enjoy!
