Cilantro Lime Crema is a light and tangy sauce that adds the perfect fresh zing to just about everything! Delicious and zesty!
I love light sauces that change the taste of a whole dish. I tried this Cilantro Lime Crema on our One Pan Chicken Fajitas and even though they were good to begin with, this simple sauce added a freshness that brightened up the whole dish. I have since used it on grilled salmon, on Taco Casserole, and on Chicken Enchiladas and I have no doubt that I will keep putting it on things. This little sauce is simple, versatile and yummy!
How to make Cilantro Lime Crema

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. The cilantro can be coarsely chopped but you can chop it finely if you prefer. Also, you could substitute fresh parsley if you don’t like cilantro!

Stir until well combined then refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Stir before serving.

Generously spoon onto tacos, fajitas or whatever you like. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy!
