How to Make Simple Oven Roasted Cauliflower
A simple and flavorful side dish that is ready in 20 minutes is always a good recipe to have!
The oven needs to be hot to seal in the flavors so preheat the oven to 450 degrees F with the rack in the middle.
In a large bowl combine the olive oil, sliced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
You can use fresh Parmesan for this but we actually prefer to use the green shaker type for two reasons. First, we always have it on hand, and secondly it seems to stick well to the cauliflower!
Whisk together to combine. The marinade will resemble a vinaigrette salad dressing.
Add the cauliflower pieces into the bowl with the marinade and toss until well coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet into the oven and roast for 10 minutes then stir and return to the oven for additional 10 minutes.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
