How to make Oven Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place in a large bowl.
To the bowl add olive oil, minced garlic, Balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and pepper.
Toss together until the ingredients are combined and the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
Place the coated Brussels sprouts in a 9×13 glass baking dish, cut side down.
Roast in the preheated 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring once, until the Brussels sprouts are cooked to crisp tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut in half
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
