Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are Tender crisp, wrapped in a simple mixture of Balsamic vinegar and garlic. Slow roasted and delicious!

Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are a simple but super flavorful veggie and as a bonus, they’re also good for you. They can be roasted in the oven or the air fryer.

This recipe is made with easy pantry ingredients and is perfect on a weeknight but also makes a great side dish for a fancy dinner!

Are Brussels Sprouts ACTUALLY good for you?

Brussels sprouts come with serious health benefits, including the potential to reduce the risk of cancer, decrease inflammation and improve blood sugar control.

They are very underrated, mostly because they have a bad reputation for not tasting good. This recipe is one of many that proves they can be delicious!

How to make Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are delicious, easy and good for you. They can be seem as an upscale side dish or an easy, everyday food.

Cooking options include the oven or the air fryer and we have included cooking instructions for both!

If oven roasting, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place in a large bowl.

To the bowl add olive oil, minced garlic, Balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and pepper.

Toss together until the ingredients are combined and the Brussels sprouts are well coated.

Place the coated Brussels sprouts in a 9×13 glass baking dish, cut side down.

Roast in the preheated 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring once, until the Brussels sprouts are cooked to crisp tender.

Alternately, if roasting in the air fryer, put coated sprouts into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Serve immediately. Enjoy!

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts cleaned and cut in half
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
