Ingredients to make Cheesy Potato Broccoli Pork Chop Bake.

What you’ll need to make This Easy Dinner

  • Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes – shredded or diced, with or without onions and peppers.

  • Condensed Cream of Celery Soup – the canned kind. Cream of mushroom or cream of chicken can be used instead if that is what you have in the cupboard,

  • Milk – we use whole milk but 2% or even skim milk may be substituted.

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese – Any blend of shredded cheese will work for this. Some that we have tried include sharp cheddar, blends of shredded cheese, Colby Jack, and shredded Mozzarella.

  • Onion – medium sized, yellow or white, peeled and chopped.

  • Broccoli Florets – fresh or frozen, bite sized pieces.

  • Pork Chops – 4-6 pork chops, 1-2 pounds. Boneless or bone in will work for this dish.If using thick, bone in chops, you may need to cook for longer. Be sure to check the temperature of the pork chops and make sure it is around 160 degrees F before serving.

  • Pantry Staples – olive oil, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.
