- Brown Sugar – 1 cup, packed. We use light brown sugar. You can also use dark brown sugar for a deeper, richer flavor.
- Dijon Mustard – Mustard with a deeper flavor due to the blend of mustard seeds used, white wine and spices. Yellow mustard, honey mustard or spicy mustard may be substituted.
- Apple Cider Vinegar – A mild, slightly sweet apple flavored fermented vinegar. You can substitute white vinegar but there may be a more noticeable and sharper vinegar flavor.
- Ham, Pork, Fish or Vegetables – to use the glaze on – the best part!
