What you’ll need to make Easy Brown Sugar Glaze

  • Brown Sugar – 1 cup, packed. We use light brown sugar. You can also use dark brown sugar for a deeper, richer flavor.

  • Dijon Mustard – Mustard with a deeper flavor due to the blend of mustard seeds used, white wine and spices. Yellow mustard, honey mustard or spicy mustard may be substituted.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar – A mild, slightly sweet apple flavored fermented vinegar. You can substitute white vinegar but there may be a more noticeable and sharper vinegar flavor.

  • Ham, Pork, Fish or Vegetables – to use the glaze on – the best part!
