What You’ll Need to Make Asian Beef Skewers with Peanut Sauce
- Top Round Steak or London Broil – Both of these choices are fairly lean cuts of meat without any large gristle. The meat is much easier to cut into even strips when it is partially frozen.
- Asian Sesame Salad Dressing – Many different companies make this variety of salad dressing and any of them will work in this recipe!
- Brown Sugar – Light or dark brown sugar may be used. It should be packed. If you prefer, you can use an equal amount of honey instead of brown sugar.
- Pantry Spices – Ground ginger, dried parsley and curry powder.
- Smooth Peanut Butter – Any variety of peanut butter may be used for the peanut sauce but it should be smooth, not chunky. Unsweetened peanut butter may be used.
