Method
- Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil. Place raviolis into hot water bath for five minutes until softened. Drain.
- In the meantime, in a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
- In a second small bowl, combine 3 eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Using a whisk, lightly beat the eggs until foamy.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then press into the bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- In batches, arrange ravioli in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with olive oil. Leave some room for air flow between them.
- Cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes per batch.
- Remove from air fryer and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes
You can alternately soften the ravioli by filling a microwave safe medium sized bowl of water and heating in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Place the ravioli into the hot water and allow to soften for 5 minutes.
