- In a small skillet over medium-low heat, toast the Macadamia nuts for 5-7 minutes, stirring often until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside until cooled.
- Using a knife, finely chop the toasted Macadamia nuts then move to a small bowl and set aside.
- Zest the lime and transfer the lime zest into a small bowl. Juice the lime and save the juice. Set both aside.
- Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
- Heat a heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat. Add the white chocolate morsels and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir to combine.
- Cook, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime zest and lime juice until well blended.
- Stir in toasted Macadamia nut pieces until they are well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for two hours until firm. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
