Method
- Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to al dente package directions.
- In the meantime, in a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ground ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, vegetable oil and sriracha.
- Drain and rinse the pasta with cool water. Add the pasta immediately to the soy sauce mixture and toss to coat.
- Add the sliced green onions and the sesame seeds and toss until well distributed.
- Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring just before serving. Enjoy!
