Method
- Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices.
- Place into a medium bowl and sprinkle with dill.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine water, vinegar, sugar and salt and stir until the sugar and salt have dissolved into a brine.
- Pour the brine over the cucumbers and dill. Cover and refrigerate.
- Leave in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours but these are best if left for 24 hours before eating. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month. Enjoy!
