Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint strawberries Roughly 2 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Ice Cream Maker

Method
 

  1. Wash and hull strawberries and place into a blender.
  2. Add milk, sugar and lemon juice and blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Pour the combined mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and process until thickened, usually 20-30 minutes.
  4. Remove to a freezer safe container and allow to the sherbet to set in freezer for 1-2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
