Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Melt butter then allow to cool. Add graham cracker crumbs to a medium bowl and pour melted butter over the top. Stir until completely incorporated.
- Spread graham cracker mixture evenly over bottom of pan and using a spatula or flat bottomed measuring cup, pack down the graham cracker layer.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker layer.
- Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped pecans and coconut over the condensed milk and push down with a spatula.
- Bake in preheated oven until edges are golden brown and the sweetened condensed milk is bubbling at the edges, 23-28 minutes.
- Cool for 1-2 hours and then cut into 24 bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Separate layers with parchment or wax paper. Enjoy!
