Method
- Generously salt a large pot of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add spaghetti noodles and cook per package directions, stirring occasionally.
- In the last 3 minutes of cooking time, add the broccoli florets to the boiling water and noodles. Stir.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast strips to the skillet. Generously season with salt & pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until no longer pink, approximately 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, combine Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, red pepper flakes and whisk until well combined.
- Turn off heat and pour peanut sauce mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Stir to coat and warm the sauce.
- Drain pasta and broccoli and divide between 4 serving bowls. Add peanut chicken and sauce over pasta in each of the bowls and garnish with peanuts, green onions and sesame seeds. Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
