Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Place in a large bowl.
- To the bowl add olive oil, minced garlic, Balsamic vinegar, kosher salt and pepper.
- Toss together until the ingredients are combined and the Brussels sprouts are well coated.
- Place the coated Brussels sprouts in a 9x13 glass baking dish, cut side down.
- Roast in the preheated 400 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring once, until the Brussels sprouts are cooked to crisp tender.
- Alternately, if roasting in the air fryer, put coated sprouts into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
