Method
- In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, honey and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine ground turkey, Parmesan cheese and all other seasonings. Mix until completely combined.
- Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions, about 1/3 cup each. Form into meatballs first then flatten down into patties no more than an inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add turkey patties and fry for 5 minutes each side until cooked through and no longer pink. They should register 165 degrees F on an instant read thermometer.
- Serve with honey Dijon mayo on top, on slider buns or Hawaiian rolls if desired. Enjoy!
