Method
- Add turkey, olive oil, sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a medium bowl.
- Mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into balls.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
- Add each portion to the heated pan and gently flatten into a patty with a spatula.
- Cook until lightly browned about 3 minutes per side, until cooked through (165 degrees F on an instant read thermometer).
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
