- Slice the green onions and set aside 2 tablespoons for later.
- Heat a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, sliced green onions and minced garlic. Stir and cook until the meat is thoroughly browned.
- Remove from heat and drain excess grease. Return ground beef mixture to skillet.
- Add the coleslaw mix, beef broth, soy sauce, butter, rice wine vinegar, and ground ginger. Stir until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a bubble and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring often until cabbage is tender and the liquid has reduced. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the mixture evenly between four bowls. Drizzle sesame oil on top and sprinkle with reserved chopped green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
