Method
- Spread out the mini marshmallows across 2-3 dehydrator trays, leaving spaces between the marshmallows.
- Dehydrate for 6-12 hours at 150 degrees until the marshmallows are no longer flexible in any way. When ready, they should shatter when you bite into them or crush them with your fingers.
- Turn off the dehydrator, leaving the dehydrated marshmallows on the racks for up to 6 hours. This should remove any remaining moisture.
- Store in a jar, a bowl with a cover or a zip top bag. Enjoy!
