Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag mini marshmallows around 10.5 ounces

  • 1 Dehydrator with adjustable temperature settings

Method
 

  1. Spread out the mini marshmallows across 2-3 dehydrator trays, leaving spaces between the marshmallows.
  2. Dehydrate for 6-12 hours at 150 degrees until the marshmallows are no longer flexible in any way. When ready, they should shatter when you bite into them or crush them with your fingers.
  3. Turn off the dehydrator, leaving the dehydrated marshmallows on the racks for up to 6 hours. This should remove any remaining moisture.
  4. Store in a jar, a bowl with a cover or a zip top bag. Enjoy!
