Method
- Wash and prepare cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine water, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper and dried dill. Whisk until sugar has dissolved.
- Add the prepared cucumbers, tomatoes and onions to the vinegar mixture and stir to coat. Cover and allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably more. Stir just before serving. Enjoy!
