Method
- Season the chicken thighs with salt & pepper to taste and place into a large zip top bag.
- Pour Italian salad dressing over the chicken thighs and push the chicken around to coat. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
- When ready, remove chicken from zip top bag place onto a plate. Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the garlic powder and onion powder.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 360 degrees.
- Place the chicken into air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip chicken over and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. The temperature should be 165 degrees on an instant read thermometer.
- Remove chicken from air fryer and serve immediately. Enjoy!
