Method
- In a small bowl combine the Big Mac Dressing ingredients, stirring until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, garlic powder and onion powder and cook until completely browned and cooked through (about 10 minutes). Drain off excess fat.
- Reduce heat to low. Add ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper and oregano leaves and stir to combine.
- Divide the lettuce evenly between four bowls. Top the lettuce with the meat mixture, followed by equal portions of the Big Mac dressing.
- Top each salad with shredded cheese and then add the chopped shallot, tomatoes and pickles. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
