Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Cover and process until mostly smooth.
- Refrigerate, covered, until cold – about 4 hours.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer’s directions until it becomes the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
- Transfer to a freezer safe container, cover and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve. Keep frozen. Enjoy!
