Ingredients – sugar – water – watermelon – lime juice

Create a simple syrup by combining sugar and water and bringing it to a boil. Cool.

Remove the watermelon rind, cut into chunks and liquefy in a food processor.

Strain to remove pulp and seeds.

Combine watermelon juice, simple syrup and lime juice.

Pour into the bowl of an ice cream maker.

Process for about 30 minutes until thick.
