Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Ribs

Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Ribs are fall off the bone  tender and wrapped in a delicious restaurant quality caramelized sticky  sauce.  So easy to make – the slow cooker does most of the work!

Ingredients – pork spareribs – brown sugar  – flour – white vinegar – soy sauce – ketchup – ground ginger – garlic powder

Cut the slab of ribs into 2-3 rib sections.

In a saucepan combine brown sugar, flour, water, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce ginger and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.

Heat and stir until boiling and thickened.

Layer the ribs in a slow cooker and cover evenly with the sauce.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, basting occasionally with the sauce.

Baste again with sauce just before serving
