Simple Microwave Strawberry Jam

Perfect on breakfast toast or even over ice cream, Simple Microwave Strawberry Jam is an easy and creative way to use seasonal fresh berries. No canning required!

Ingredients: - Strawberries - Sugar - Salt - Lemon Juice

Process the berries in a food processor to create small chunks.

Stir in sugar, salt and lemon juice.

Microwave for 5 minutes then stir.

Microwave for another 5 minutes then stir and check for syrupy consistency.

Remove to a jar and refrigerate overnight.

The jam will thicken as it cools. Serve once thickened. Enjoy!
