– pork chops – milk – large egg – flour – Panko – olive oil – butter – capers – white wine – chicken broth – fresh lemon

Cover the pork with plastic wrap and using a meat mallet, pound each chop to about 1/4 inch thick.

Season the chops with salt and pepper then dredge them in the flour, dip into the egg mixture and push into the Panko to coat.
